Having attended a weekend course with Charlie a couple of weeks ago, I couldn t wait to get my hands on his book I was surprised how entertaining it was a how to book essentially, but fun to read It has just enough of his Tibetan Buddhism background to wet your appetite, and a really thorough and clear explanation of his lucid dreaming techniques, brokem down into toolboxes He references all his teachers and friends, and adds their tips and tricks and links to their websites A must read for the [...]

I started reading this book out of curiosity, looking for something different and for the most part enjoyed the content It is well written and for the first 5 of the 6 chapters, well researched, with most points being backed up by empirical evidence or corroborated scientific studies It does detract from the science with opinion and supposition as to interpretation of dreams, however for the most part this is sensible and philosophical and so can t be faulted too much.Unfortunately, in the last [...]
