Oh my god The feels I have got to stop reading super sad stuff at work I m gonna start crying and my co workers are gonna think I m nuts Lol It was wonderful though Things are getting so intense.Literally, my only complaint is that the last two volumes were never translated into English, so I ll never know how it ends.Recommended for readers of manga and historical fiction.

    3. okay, let me start by saying i did enjoy this book now, let me follow with things that bothered me about this book true, people were held up by their thumbs, but really, out of all of the torture devices used, you pick that one why is there a need for the moth socuccer i find him quite annoying and adds virtually no literary enrichment for the series i hope that he does later on, otherwise he should honestly be demoted from moth to gnat the plague true, the black death did hit urban areas in eur [...]

    7. I ve been enjoying the Cantarella series, mainly because it s historical Italian church politics at their most corrupt Plenty of romance and action for the older reader, there s no nudity but this series is definately not geared for the under 14 crowd.

    9. The plot winds on and cracks start to show in Cesare s facade We get to see plenty of political scheming some of which is a little muddy at times The art is beautiful though as usual.

    10. It s always disappointing when a series takes a downturn Still written wonderfully, and the art is still delicate and intriguing The problem is the sexual overtones became disturbing.
